So I've just finished a semester at the University of Auckland, where I was part of the teaching teams for the courses Law and Society and Jurisprudence. NADIA: As for work, I qualified as a lawyer in 2021, but after a year in practice, I've u-turned back towards academia. And I have done all of those things while listening to this podcast. I like to paint in water mixable oil and I'm a gardener. Outside of reading and work, I would say that I'm a runner, an artist. Like I said, I'm coming to you from Auckland. This will be Nadia's first visit to the United States, and she welcomes recommendations for books that will help her get to know her new home, as well as audiobooks that will keep her company during her 17-hour plane flight to the States. But in August, this August, she's moving to Michigan to pursue a master's degree. Nadia Sussman has always lived in New Zealand, where she teaches law at the University of Auckland.
